no lifeguard is provided 🔥 Fire Pit and Grill • Never leave a fire unattended • Use approved fuel only • Fires must be fully extinguished after use • Guests are responsible for any fire related damage caused by negligence ⚠️ Liability Disclosure • The host is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage occurring on the property • This includes water related incidents, unsupervised children, personal belongings, and vehicles • Routine property maintenance may occur during the stay, including lawn care and exterior service during morning hours Final Agreement By booking the property, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all house rules.
