Swimming, boating, and all water activities are entirely at the guest's own risk • No swimming after dark or without another adult present • Children must be supervised at all times near the water • Where provided, life jackets must be worn while boating or participating in water sports • Guests using their own watercraft are responsible for complying with North Carolina boating laws ⚠️ Liability Disclosure • The host is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage occurring on the property • This includes water related incidents, unsupervised children, personal belongings, and vehicles • Routine property maintenance may occur during the stay, including lawn care and exterior service during morning hours Final Agreement By booking the property, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all house rules.
